Welcome to the Wingo Piri Piri website. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of food and drink from Wingo Piri Piri Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”). By placing an order through our site, by phone, or in store, you agree to these Terms.

2. Ordering

You may place an order in store, by phone, or online through our website.
Orders placed online are confirmed once payment is received.
We reserve the right to refuse any order if stock is unavailable or if payment cannot be processed.

3. Payments

Online orders must be paid for by card through our secure payment system.
In-store and phone orders can be paid in store.
Prices are subject to change, but you will always pay the price confirmed at checkout.

4. Delivery

Orders placed via Uber Eats, Deliveroo or Just Eat are governed by those platforms’ own terms.
Orders placed directly through our website are delivered by us if:
- The delivery address is within 4km of our shop, and
- The order total is £15 or more.
Typical delivery time is 30–45 minutes from when the food is ready, but this may be longer during busy periods. We cannot guarantee delivery times, so please plan orders in advance.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the nature of perishable food, we do not accept returns.
If your order is incorrect or items are missing (for in-store or phone collection orders), we will provide a replacement or refund for the missing items.
Refunds for online delivery orders are at our discretion and assessed case by case. Please contact us within a reasonable time if there is an issue.

6. Allergies & Food Information

Please check our menu or speak to staff about allergens before ordering.
We cannot guarantee that any product is free from allergens due to cross-contamination risks in our kitchen.

7. Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud or personal injury caused by our negligence.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England.

9. Loyalty Points

We offer a loyalty points scheme through our website. Points are earned based on your purchases and can be redeemed against future orders, subject to availability.
Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
We reserve the right to change or withdraw the loyalty scheme at any time without notice.
Points may be cancelled if an order is refunded or cancelled.
